Hello from me to you

Welcome to Reef Face Damo! What’s your NO3 and PO4 reading? I went through a period of this and once I started dosing Nitrate to maintain 5-10 constant it went away (my SPS coloured up amazingly too!). Before that I had an issue with my RO water - have you checked your RO water? It could be due to silicates in your RO water, so water changes will make it even worse.

Right, to last 2 posts, thanks. Had an orange spot goby in for 3 weeks, as said never stops and really seems to have helped. New ro membrane 2 months ago with di resin chamber after ro membrane so pretty sure silicates aren't getting through. No3 10, po4 0.03

Ah cool - would still be worth testing it with a pen though if you can. I found that the container I was keeping my water in was leaching silicates. Wouldn’t have found out if I didn’t get a pen to test it

Ok, thanks, may look. Into that, but I'd be surprised if that was the case. I use good quality fermentation buckets for my water.
